A More Affordable Photoshop?

No question about it, Adobe is THE leader in imaging software. If you're a graphics professional, you can't afford to not use their programs. For photographers, the word Photoshop has become synonymous with productivity and creativity. The same can be said about Dreamweaver and Flash for Web design, InDesign and Acrobat for both print and epublishing, Premier Pro and After Effects for video. And so forth.

Adobe software deserves its reputation. We can't argue with its high standards, rich functionality and great tools that enable so many of the fine visuals that define our online and print world.

The problem is the retail price. (more…)
